Free family resiliency webinars
Times continue to be difficult for many families including stress around finances, eating right and mental health just to name just a few. Now through March, educators across the state are providing three series of webinars to support families focusing on finding balance, being prepared for disasters and webinars for Spanish speaking audiences.
Finding balance
Whether you set new year's resolutions or not, these webinars are focused on helping families find balance in 2021. Topics include nutrition, well-being and finances to support daily life.
